Carefully fermented β-NMN using yeast

Because we want our clients to use genuinely good ingredients,
we use β-NMN made by yeast-fermentation instead of large-scale chemical synthesis.

NMN is a naturally occurring compound found in foods such as broccoli and edamame. It plays an important role in energy metabolism and cellular health. Within the body, NMN converts into NAD and activates sirtuin genes. This process promotes cell repair, energy metabolism, and lifespan extension. As NAD levels decline with age, aging may progress. To suppress aging, it is thought necessary to intake NMN and maintain NAD levels above a certain threshold.

We use only high-quality NMN in our manufacturing. In all of the purity analyses we have performed, 100% purity has been achieved for all requested tests.

In addition to standard purity analysis, we dissolved our 100%-pure NMN in water, and conducted further purity analyses (stability tests) at 30 minutes and 3 hours. The results maintained 100% purity, showing no degradation under aqueous conditions. From this, we consider this NMN to have high stability.

Because the raw material for supplements has low flowability, typically only the raw material is poured into capsules. To increase flowability, fillers are often mixed in and then filled into capsules. In our manufacturing, compared with typical mixing ratios, we use one-fourth the amount of fillers and more than twice the amount of NMN in our formulation (blend rate).

NMN can react with other ingredients and sometimes turn into black specks. Therefore, many manufacturers use colored capsules to hide discoloration. Since our NMN has high stability, we use only clear capsules in our manufacturing.

Microbial Testing

We conduct tests for total viable bacteria, E. coli, and coliforms to ensure safety.
