All three ingredients — NMN, fresh-squeezed barley leaf extract powder, and Lactobacillus H61 — are manufactured domestically in Japan. Three Features of NMN Aojiru
1. Japan-made ingredients
Uses NMN (purity 99–100 %), fresh-squeezed young barley leaf extract, and Lactobacillus H61—all domestically produced in Japan.
2. High concentration formula
Each stick contains NMN 300 mg and Lactobacillus H61 100 mg—about twice the average content of typical commercial supplements containing these ingredients.*

About the Three Key Ingredients
1. NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide)
A compound derived from vitamin B3 naturally present in all living organisms. Research has shown NMN contributes to anti-aging through activation of sirtuin (longevity) genes. These genes require NAD+, but as we age, our ability to produce NMN—and thus NAD+—declines, which can affect our health and vitality. Supplementing NMN helps support youthful function.
ZaaZ conducted stability testing by dissolving 100 %-pure NMN in water and re-analyzing purity after 30 minutes and 3 hours. In both cases, purity remained 100 %, demonstrating superior stability compared with materials that degrade when dissolved.
2. Lactobacillus H61
Discovered and isolated by Japan’s National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO). Among screened strains, Lactobacillus H61 showed the highest superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Clinical studies confirmed its skin-moisture-retention benefits, and functional-label food applications containing this strain have been officially accepted in Japan.
3. Fresh-Squeezed Young Barley Leaf Extract Powder
This green juice powder is produced using a cold-press extraction method, where fresh young barley leaves are pressed under high pressure to remove fibrous impurities.
By focusing on nutrient absorption and freshness, this process preserves the natural flavor of the raw material far better than typical heat-drying or grinding methods.
